Laas was born from our love for good coffee, fresh ingredients, and true Andriotic hospitality. We set up our space just a few meters from the port of Gavrio — the very spot where visitors take their first step on the island and their last before boarding again.

We wanted a place where the aroma of freshly ground espresso meets the scent of the sea. A space of white stone, arches, olive wood, and natural light — as beautiful as the food on the plates. A destination for every moment of the day: from your first morning cappuccino to those last loukoumades with ice cream, just before we close at two in the morning.

We cook with products that remind us of the island's tradition: Andros louza in our frutalia, Andros petroti in our salads and omelettes, local cheese throughout our brunch menu. We blend the traditional with the modern — because Andros knows how to do both.

Above all, Laas is a place of people. Families stopping for a quick breakfast. Travelers settling in with a book for hours. Locals coming every day for their coffee. We welcome you all.
